AI Developer (LLM Applications)

Job title: Lead AI engineer - Agentic and Python

Location: Remote

Shift Timing - 2 PM - 11 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
• Build and maintain AI agents using Python with frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent-based architectures.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Llama, Claude, or similar into enterprise applications.
• Develop AI-powered automation pipelines , conversational agents, and intelligent assistants.
• Implement multi-agent collaboration systems for complex problem-solving.
• Build APIs and backend services to support AI-powered applications.
• Work with vector databases and embeddings (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge-based AI systems.
• Optimize AI models and workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and software engineers to deploy AI solutions in production.
