I & Data Science Mentor Trainee
Training Duration: 4–6 week residential program @ DataMites HQ, Bangalore
Posting: AI/Data Science Mentor (Permanent Role) across DataMites regional centres

Role Overview
This is a unique Trainer Development Program designed to transform technically skilled professionals into industry-leading AI and Data Science mentors.
Selected candidates will initially join as AI & Data Science Mentor Trainees and undergo an intensive 4–6 week residential training program at our Bangalore Headquarters. Upon successful completion of the program and final assessment, candidates will be offered a permanent position as an AI & Data Science Trainer with DataMites.
This role offers an opportunity to shape the careers of thousands of learners while building a rewarding career in technical education and mentorship.
Training Program Highlights
• Intensive 4–6 week trainer development program
• Physical training at SkillFloor Bangalore Headquarters
• Accommodation provided during training
• Monthly stipend provided during training period
• Hands-on exposure to AI, Data Science, mentoring methodologies, classroom delivery, and learner engagement
• Daily technical and mentoring sessions conducted by senior experts
• Continuous performance evaluation and final assessment
Post-Training Responsibilities
Upon successful completion of the program, you will:
• Deliver training sessions in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Python, and related technologies
• Mentor learners throughout their learning journey
• Conduct classroom, online, and hybrid training programs
• Support project guidance, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement and learning content
• Assist learners in becoming industry-ready professionals
• Represent the DataMites brand with high professional and technical standards
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• Good programming knowledge, preferably Python
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Experience
• 3+ years of mentoring, training, teaching, coaching, or technical instruction experience preferred
• Experience in Data Science, AI, Analytics, Software Development, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or other technical domains is highly desirable
• Fresh candidates with exceptional technical capability and strong communication skills may also be considered
Deployment & Mobility
Training will be conducted in Bangalore. Upon successful completion and mutual consent, candidates may be deployed to DataMites centers across India based on business requirements and candidate preferences.
