AI Creative Designer- D2C & Performance Marketing (Agency)
Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an AI Creative Designer who can leverage AI tools to create high-quality visual content, marketing creatives, and campaign assets at scale. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, excellent prompt writing skills, and hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools to produce engaging content for digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality visual creatives for social media, ads, and marketing campaign using AI-powered design and content generation tools.
• Develop AI-generated concepts, images, mockups, product visuals, ad creatives, and campaign assets for D2C brands.
• Write and optimize prompts to generate consistent, high-quality creative outputs across different AI platforms.
• Use AI tools to create and refine social media creatives, banners, advertisements, presentations, landing page visuals, and other digital marketing assets.
• Generate multiple creative concepts and variations for A/B testing and performance marketing campaigns.
• Assist in designing performance-driven creatives (CRO-focused)
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Performance Marketers, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and Video Editors to execute campaigns.
• Edit and enhance AI-generated outputs using professional design tools whenever required.
• Research new AI tools, workflows, and creative techniques to improve productivity and creative quality.
• Ensure all AI-generated assets align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform-specific best practices.
• Maintain consistency across creative assets while balancing automation with human creativity.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in graphic design, creative design, AI-assisted design, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Hailuo AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, Ideogram, or similar AI creative platforms.
• Strong prompt engineering skills for generating images, creative concepts, marketing copy, and design assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and Figma.
• Good understanding of branding, social media marketing, digital advertising, and performance marketing creatives.
• Ability to evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated outputs using design principles and creative judgment.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated creatives, digital marketing campaigns, or design projects is preferred.
