About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused AI Content & Video Creator who can manage both content writing (blogs, product content) and AI-based video creation (reels, shorts, ads).
This is a high-impact role where your work will directly contribute to brand visibility, traffic, and online sales growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
Create product listings for Amazon, Flipkart, and website
Develop social media content (captions, hooks, scripts)
Perform keyword research and optimize content
Plan and execute a monthly content calendar
Video Creation
Create engaging reels, shorts, and ad creatives using AI tools (Higgsfield.ai etc.)
Convert blog content into video formats
Add subtitles, voiceovers, transitions, and effects
Create product explainers and problem-solution videos
Marketing Support
Assist in creating creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads
Repurpose content across multiple platforms
Stay updated with social media and content trends
Skills Required
Strong writing and communication skills
Basic video editing skills
Knowledge of content marketing fundamentals
Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, Higgsfield.ai (or similar)
Creative mindset with fast execution ability
Good to Have
Experience in healthcare, pharma, or e-commerce will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart content optimization
Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
8–12 blogs per month
15–30 reels/shorts per month
Improvement in organic traffic
Growth in social media engagement
