The Senior AI & Automation Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing operational processes across the organization’s financial services platform, including fund administration, AIFM operations, fiduciary services, and support functions. The role focuses on end-to-end process transformation, ensuring that workflows are efficient, scalable, controlled and automation ready. This is not a documentation role — it is a process engineering role, responsible for rethinking how work is performed and enabling the organization to move toward a digital-first, AI-enabled operating model. Most operational inefficiencies come from poorly designed processes, not lack of technology. This role exists to remove that problem. The role holder will work across fund administration, finance, and entity management processes to design workflows that are simple, standardized, and scalable. The role holder will redesign core business processes so that they eliminate unnecessary complexity, are consistent across teams, can be automated effectively
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Strategic Mandate – The role is accountable for:
• Eliminating inefficiencies and manual dependencies
• Standardizing processes across teams and jurisdictions
• Designing processes suitable for automation and AI integration
• Strengthening control frameworks and reducing operational risk
• Enabling scalability without linear headcount growth
End-to-End Process Mapping & Analysis
• Map current (“as-is”) processes across fund administration business, financial services and capital markets, fiduciary and corporate services, Compliance as well as support functions like Finance and Marketing and Audit
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control
• Analyze process performance, including cycle times, manual touchpoints, error rates
Process Redesign (“To-Be” Model)
• Redesign processes using simplification, standardization, automation-first principles
• Reduce complexity and eliminate redundant
• Define future-state workflows aligned with automation, AI integration, data-driven operations
Automation & AI Readiness (Critical)
• Design processes that are automation-friendly, structured for AI integration
• Work closely with AI Engineers and automation teams to translate processes into system requirements, define logic for automation, identify AI use cases within workflows
Control & Risk Integration
• Embed strong control frameworks into process design, including maker–checker controls, segregation of duties, approval workflows
• Identify operational risk points and propose mitigation
• Ensure processes meet regulatory and audit
Workflow Design & Standardization
• Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) and
• Ensure consistency across jurisdictions, teams, service lines
• Introduce structured workflows with clear roles and responsibilities, defined handoffs, measurable outputs
Cross-Functional Process Integration
• Align processes across different functions, including fund accounting, investor services, fiduciary services, finance, compliance
• Remove silos and ensure seamless end-to-end
Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
• Define KPIs for processes, such as turnaround times, error rates, automation coverage
• Monitor performance and identify areas for
• Drive continuous optimization of Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with operations teams, fund accounting teams, finance, risk and compliance
