We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Algorithm Developer to join our team. As an AI Algorithm Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms that power our AI systems and solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to create innovative and effective AI models that address complex business problems.
Responsibilities:
• Research, design, and develop machine learning algorithms and models that leverage data to solve business problems and enhance AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, including data availability, performance metrics, and computational constraints.
• Preprocess and analyze data to identify relevant features and patterns, and perform feature engineering to optimize model performance.
• Implement and train machine learning models using various techniques, such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, or statistical modeling.
• Optimize and fine-tune algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability, considering factors such as model size, inference speed, and memory utilization.
• Evaluate and compare the performance of different algorithms, metrics, and model architectures to identify the most effective approaches.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning algorithms into production systems, ensuring efficient deployment and scalability.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and AI research, and identify opportunities to leverage new algorithms or techniques to improve our AI solutions.
• Document and communicate algorithm designs, methodologies, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred for senior positions.
• Strong experience in developing machine learning algorithms and models, with a deep understanding of various techniques and frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, GANs) and frameworks (e.g., Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
• Proficient in implementing and optimizing algorithms for performance and scalability, considering factors such as memory usage and computational efficiency.
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices, version control systems, and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
