You'll work closely with growers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals
With a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering value, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our customers and our business
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, promoting agronomic products, and ensuring customer success

Provide agronomic support and advice to farmers and crop advisors

Conduct seminars and presentations to promote products and services
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Regularly review and report on sales performance against targets
