Position: AGM -IT

Job Location: Jaipur

Educational Qualification / Experience required:

- Graduate in any degree specialized in Computer Applications.

- Experience of 10+ years in IT function in the manufacturing industry.

- Hands-on experience in handling medium-scale IT operations involving ERP, network, and hardware management.

- Hands-on experience in handling ERP implementation

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategy and budget for IT, in line with business objectives and goals.

2. Manage IT operations in line with business requirements to drive effectiveness.

3. Improve & drive ERP application projects from IT and also facilitate project implementation by proper coordination between users, vendors, etc.

4. Procure IT-related products and ensure cost, quality norms of the organization.

5. Ability to lead Vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation processes.

6. Oversee maintenance of IT assets and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.

7. Maintaining network and databases across the organization.

8. Lead and Manage IT team, as per requirements.

+. Initiate change in current systems wherever deemed necessary.
