Job Description
We are looking for AGM/DGM HR for a large conglomerate to be based at Mumbai

The profile includes handling:
HR Policies & Systems across the organisation- concept, design, implementation
Recruitment for HO & Plants senior team members
Performance Management Systems- Advanced Techniques
Use of Technology in HR Domain across the organisation
Learning & Development at all levels
Plant Level Statutory Compliances & Understanding of Industrial Relations processes
Orientation about large manufacturing plants and HR dynamics- Contract Labour force & Permanent Workers
Liaisoning between the labour and management.
Liaising with Govt. Departments for maintaining factory compliance related to Factory license, Pollution certification, etc.
He should have basic computer skills like Word / Excel and good spoken English
Salary:
• Upto 1.50 Lacs (MTH)
Qualification:
• MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / MSW / MLS or Any Relevant Courses.
