Agentic AI & LLM Architect 💰 Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

📝 Rquirements:
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing agentic AI and LLM solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Expertise in autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, and LLM integrations
- Ability to advise senior stakeholders on technical and organizational implications of AI adoption
- Experience collaborating with external AI providers
- Knowledge of architectural governance frameworks and policies
- Familiarity with transparency, security, prompt governance, and auditability in AI systems
- Excellent mentoring and leadership skills to guide fellow architects
- Strong communication and influencing abilities
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
- Provide strategic architectural leadership for agentic AI and LLM adoption across the enterprise SDLC
- Define the overarching architecture and governance frameworks for advanced AI patterns
- Serve as the primary authority advising senior client stakeholders on adoption implications
- Collaborate with external AI providers to develop long-term collaboration models
- Set enterprise-level architectural guardrails for LLM use
- Oversee architectural artefacts detailing interactions of LLM and agentic AI components
- Mentor architects to enhance their capabilities in architecting LLM and agentic solutions
- Lead governance boards and architectural review forums to ensure compliance and risk management
- Identify necessary process and organizational changes to support AI adoption
