Role Overview
We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Executive with 0-1 year of experience to manage affiliate partnerships, acquire new publishers, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate/publisher partners.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate campaigns.
• Track KPIs, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Build strong relationships with affiliates and negotiate offers.Analyze data and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve campaign and tracking issues.
• Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and conversions.
Requirements
• 0-1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI, and other performance models.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and publishers simultaneously.
