In this role, you will be at the heart of our activities, supporting our teams in assurance and taxation, two strategic pillars of our organization. You will play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting the growth of these evolving industries.
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor at RCGT, you will play a key role in:
Build trusting relationships with managers in order to fully understand their issues and recruitment needs;
Deploy targeted attraction strategies to support workforce planning and achieve hiring objectives;
Develop talent pools and conduct recruitment mandates proactively and efficiently;
Identify, evaluate and approach the best talent, while ensuring alignment with the organization's culture;
Accompany candidates and managers at every stage of the process, from interview to negotiation;
Coordinate various mandates and recruitment projects in parallel with rigor and agility;
Contribute to the evolution of recruitment practices and tools by focusing on innovation, best practices and market trends;
Represent RCGT in various outreach activities, such as career fairs and university events.

Bachelor's degree in human resources management or relevant training;
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Talent Acquisition;
Experience with an applicant tracking system (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter);
Ability to build and maintain a professional network;
Comfortable functioning in a dynamic and changing environment;
Political acumen, negotiation skills and diplomacy;
Excellence in providing quality customer service;
Organizational skills and ability to manage files simultaneously;
Ease in exploring and integrating tools such as Copilot into working methods.
