Manage and administer contracts for Large-Scale, and Greenfields and Complex projects
Must be available to start the first week of August 2026
Hobsonville office based, fixed term/secondment until August 2027

The Advisor - Contracts is an integral part of the Commercial Infrastructure & Governance team, supporting the Programme Management Office (PMO) and wider Urban Development and Delivery group (UDD) to manage and administer a range of contracts across our portfolio.
The role will support the contract management and administration of K inga Oras Council Controlled Organisation agreements, traditional civil construction agreements and consultancy services agreements. The role will assist with and lead certain procurement activities, solely manage UDD land sale transfers and be responsible for updating and maintaining critical contract datasets and databases.

Relevant professional tertiary qualifications and a minimum of 3-5 years of equivalent, directly related work experience.
Demonstrated experience in contract management, administration and supporting large infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of contract law and business administration would be ideal but not essential.
Experience working in a multi-faceted and demanding environment.
Demonstrated experience working with systems and processes automate and lift the quality of contract management.
Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and apply new practices and processes to ensure continuous improvement.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
The behavioural characteristics and skills required to work in a matrixed environment.
Experience navigating and operating in a regulated environment, experience working constructively across functions and track record of building and maintaining the trust of all stakeholders.
