Advanced Practice Provider - Emergency Room

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Physician Assistant (AP) or Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) to join our dynamic emergency medicine teams at Lydon B. Johnson Hospital and Memorial Hermann Hospital (TMC). This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to both adult and pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive emergency medical care, including performing medical screening assessments, diagnostics, and treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians. Duties also include ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as labs, imaging, and EKGs; performing advanced procedures; and documenting patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record. The provider will actively participate in trauma and resuscitation efforts, communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members, and ensure continuity of care through appropriate referrals and follow-up planning.
