Ads Sales and Customer Relationship Executive (Target Based)

We are looking for a dedicated and communication-focused professional for the role of Ads Sales and Customer Relationship Executive.
Job Role
This is a remote sales and client relationship role where you will communicate with potential clients, understand their business requirements, explain our advertising solutions, and help convert leads into clients.
Leads and CRM access will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp, everything through CRM tool.
- Convert leads into clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions
- Explain the benefits and usage of different advertising products and services
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through CRM
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Experience in advertising or media industries is mandatory
- Candidates from other industries may also apply ONLY if they have a good understanding of different types of advertising and client communication
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, without much supervision
- Professional and confident speaking skills
- Good understanding of how advertising helps businesses grow
- Basic knowledge of different types of advertisements and branding solutions
- Honesty, sincerity, and dedication are non negotiable
Language Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must. Proficiency in other languages will be a plus.
Preferred Educational Background
Candidates with educational backgrounds in the following fields will be preferred:
- Journalism and Mass Communication
- English
- Media and Communication
Salary and Incentives
- Monthly salary: Up to ₹35,000
- This salary is applicable only after achieving the monthly target
- If the monthly target is not achieved, deductions will be there depending on the sales amount
- After achieving the monthly target, there will be 5% incentives on the excess amounts achieved
- Detailed compensation structure and target metrics will be discussed during the interview process
