Front Office Executive & Admissions Counselor
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)

About the Role
Jains Computer is looking for a Front Office Executive & Admissions Counselor to manage student inquiries, provide course counseling, handle admissions, and support daily front office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors.
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online leads.
Counsel prospective students about courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
Guide students through the admission process and required documentation.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain student records, admission forms, and fee-related documentation.
Generate fee receipts and track pending payments.
Coordinate class schedules and student support activities.
Maintain a professional and organized front office environment.
Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling students and parents.
Basic computer knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in admissions, counseling, sales, customer service, telecalling, or reception is preferred.
