ACADEMIC COUNSELOR
EXPERIENCE- 1 TO 3 Years
We are looking for a committed counselor for our jaipur branch. The required skills and responsibilities are as follows:
Responsibilities:
Reach out to customer leads pan India through calling for admissions
Provide career counseling and career development sessions for students
Conducting inquiries and following up with them
Connecting with new students generated through various marketing activities
Process the admission and take regular follow‐ups.
Carry out the registration process maintaining student data and registration procedure
Collect the necessary documents after the registration and maintain them properly.
Coordinate with internal teams for smoother admission process.
.Maintaining accurate records of the students counseled and regular reporting.
Responsible for conducting seminars / workshops / expert sessions etc.
Interacting with faculties for their progress and daily batches
Develop positive working relationships with faculty, administration, and co-workers to achieve desired goals.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Requirements:
English communication is a must
Graduate with minimum 1 year to 3 years of counseling and sales experience in the education sector.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Office Timing: 10:00 a.m-6:00 p.m
