We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions Counselor to join our team at My Chhota School Training Center. This role is crucial for expanding our reach and ensuring more educators benefit from our industry-leading "Preschool and Daycare Facilitator" program.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Promotion Admissions: Drive enrollments for our "Preschool and Daycare Facilitator" training program, approved by MEPSC (Management and Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council) and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).
School Outreach: Conduct targeted outreach and scheduled visits to preschools, daycares, and educational institutions within Delhi and surrounding areas.
Stakeholder Engagement: Meet directly with preschool owners, directors, senior teachers, and heads to present the unique benefits and value proposition of our training program.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their teacher training needs and position our program as the ideal solution for NEP 2020 alignment and professional development.
Consultative Sales: Effectively communicate how our MSDE-approved certification elevates teacher qualifications, enhances school quality, and aligns with current ECCE standards.
Counseling Support: Guide prospective candidates through the admission process, addressing their queries and providing necessary information to facilitate enrollment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
