Manage the end-to-end enrollment process from lead engagement to program registration
Conduct consultative counseling sessions with working professionals and senior leaders
Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments through calls, emails, and professional platforms.
Ensure smooth onboarding including documentation and fee completion.
Maintain accurate updates in CRM systems
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in EdTech, academic counseling, or consultative sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience handling high-value programs or professional learners
Target-oriented mindset with proven conversion ability
