Our platform offers a convenient and well-informed decision-making process by providing parents with the ability to apply to multiple schools using a single streamlined application form, eliminating unnecessary complexities in the process.
Role Description
Ezyschooling.com is looking for an Admission Counselor to join our team full-time in Delhi. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for providing comprehensive information to parents and students about school admissions processes, providing guidance and support throughout the entire admission process, achieving monthly enrollment targets, and reporting to higher-level staff when required. The Admission Counselor will also be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the admission process and strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience of at least 1+years in a counseling role/ sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Hindi languages. Fluency in additional regional languages is a plus
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to work within strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction, but also as part of a team
• Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A passion for education and empowering families to make informed and educated decisions
