Halcyon Knights is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract & Impound Administrator to join a dynamic and a fast paced state government department in the Adelaide CBD.
This 6-month contract offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with key law enforcement personnel, managing uniform contracts and ensuring the smooth operation of contract activities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Oversee the administration of uniform contracts, including the anti-ballistic vest contract.
Manage uniform provisions, from ordering to fitting and auditing.
Provide comprehensive administrative support across contract-related activities.
Liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure efficient service delivery.
ABOUT YOU
Strong Excel skills and demonstrated experience in administrative support.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to effectively engage with stakeholders.
A valid driver’s license.
High level of integrity with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Must be able to pass a police clearence
