Ventia has exciting short-term opportunities for Administrators to join and support our SHEQ (Safety Health Environment & Quality) team. Your primary purpose is to focus on reviewing the submitted Subcontractor Evaluation forms for accuracy and suitability and working with the subcontractors to remedy the shortfall.
Ventia have Multiple positions available and open to candidates also residing in Melbourne and Sydney!
This role would be perfect for students, new parents re-entering the workforce or someone simply looking for a change in the short term!

About the role
Fixed-term 3 month contract
Assist onboarding varies sub-contractors for the NBN Field Module Project
Coordinating and executing projects within large-scale operations.
Review and update sub-contractors licences/tickets
Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Assisting with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
On the job training from the Project SHEQ team on key criteria
Set up for success; laptop and phone will be provided
About You
To be successful in the role, you must demonstrate previous experience within an administrative- related position.
Excellent planning & organisation skills
Strong attention to detail & communication skills
Technologically savvy & proficient in Microsoft Soft
Can work independently and be a strong team player; works collaboratively with others
Focused mindset with a commitment to meeting project deadlines
