About the Job
This Administration Officer role is based in our Maternity Services department, where you will work closely with our midwife managers to ensure the smooth delivery of our maternity services. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient records, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to our midwife managers.
Your Key Responsibilities
As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for:
Managing patient records and maintaining effective electronic and paper filing systems
Coordinating appointments and bookings for patients
Providing administrative support to our midwife managers
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions
Admitting visitors outside of visiting hours and answering enquiries from visitors and inpatients
Arranging outpatient clinic appointments and providing administrative support to the midwife managers when required
