Administrative Support Agent
Job Description
Made up of a dynamic and passionate team, we are a fast-growing Canadian company currently looking for an Administrative Support Agent. When you join us, you’ll work in a professional, friendly environment with a strong team spirit.
Reporting to the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for a number of administrative files, as well as supporting the organization of our various satellite offices, including our head office in Montreal. You will participate in the development of customer and internal events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Redirect telephone calls to general number when required.
Order/manage office supplies and equipment.
Management of administrative files.
Identify any problems related to workspace or office set-up, contact appropriate people, and ensure follow-up.
Coordination with the building team in Montreal (cleaning, repairs, security, alarm, etc.).
Provide general administrative support to all our offices.
Participate in the organization of customer and internal events.
Send out official company communications, in both languages.
Support the marketing team (assist with events, obtain quotes for promotional items, etc.).
Support the organization and coordinate various projects.
Manage mail and mail accounts (Canada Post) and dispatch mail.
Upload receipts for company VISA.
All other related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Bilingualism is required (French and English, spoken and written)
Technological knowledge and advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Highly organized and autonomous
Excellent customer service skills

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT
Full-time week
37.5 hours per week
Schedule can be flexible according to needs
Possibility of telecommuting two days a week

Salary: between $47,500 and $55,000, depending on experience
