Greenhill Institute is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and an accredited education and training provider delivering quality vocational education to students in Australia and India. Greenhill Institute is also registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) and delivers approved CRICOS courses to international students in Australia.

About the Role:
The Administration Officer will be responsible for the effective administration and smooth functioning of Greenhill Institute’s day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, procedures, requirements, and coordination of academic, administrative, and support departments.
Requirements
• Diploma, Graduate qualification, or equivalent relevant work experience in administration or education support
• Previous experience in an education or training environment (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
Role and Responsibilities
• Administrative Officer will be responsible for supporting administrative and operational activities at Greenhill Institute, including:
• Respond to enquiries from students, staff, prospective students, and education agents via phone, email, and in person
• Provide student support and welfare assistance impacting attendance, engagement, and course progress.
• Manage enrolments, including application and entry requirement assessment, pre-training reviews, document verification, and Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Skills (LLN&D) assessments.
• Provide clear pre-enrolment information on courses, requirements, and available support services
• Support training administration, including assessment coordination, resource arrangement, and monitoring student progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, academic records and Institute records
• Ensure compliance with Registered Training Organisation requirements, Institute policies, and regulatory obligations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain administrative documentation and reports
• Oversee daily campus administrative operations and facilities coordination
• Coordinate vendors for maintenance, security, housekeeping, and services
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory visits
• Assist with general administrative duties, data entry, database updates, and executive support.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to professionalism, quality service, and compliance
