Answering calls and responding to email enquiries
Supporting clients and stakeholders during the claims process
Assisting the team with reports and general administrative tasks
Managing inboxes and diaries
Helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
About You:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel experience advantageous)
Team-oriented with a helpful, customer-focused approach
Able to stay organised and work effectively in a busy environment
