**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day office administration and operational support tasks
- Maintain and update reports, trackers, and databases using **advanced Excel functions** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle documentation
- Support HR and finance departments with data entry and reporting
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and supplies
- Prepare and present basic operational reports to management
