Experienced Administrators , Customer Service Officers & Receptionists Needed - Multiple Temp Roles Available
Immediate start - North Western Suburbs
About The Role
My clients are seeking a bubbly administrators, customer service officers, receptionists, and office all rounders to join the team on a temporary basis. These companies are based around the north western suburbs and are looking for someone to commence as soon as possible.
No work from home options available
You Will Be Responsible For
Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
Maintain and develop relationships with customers
Setting up boardrooms
Clear and friendly communication via phone and email
General assistance to the team & staff
Showing initiative to enhance processes and suggest ideas for ongoing improvement
Support the branch in its sales and service operations
Mail Collection
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
Excel skills
SAP experience highly regarded
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
Reliable and self motivated
Can do attitude
