• Handle incoming & outbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and online leads for appointments.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to potential clients.
• Maintain daily appointment schedule, rescheduling and confirming client visits.
• Provide accurate information about slimming treatments and services.
• Update client records in the CRM system.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and support.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Slimming Consultants for smooth operations.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for appointments and follow-ups.
• Experience in tele calling / customer service / appointment booking.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle clients professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling (training will be provided).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
