• Develop and implement scalable and resilient AD architecture solutions within Azure Cloud environment
• Translates Active Directory strategy into technical delivery tasks and delegates to the team
• Ensure seamless interoperability between on-premises and cloud environments
• Leads Technical implementation of Active Directory in Azure and on-prem environment
• Responsible for technical implementation and support of services
• Generates Stories and Tasks for Sprints
• Defines Azure Operations Calendar tasks
• Leads technical discussions and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders
• Tracks technical delivery
• Manages Major incidents related to Active Directory and/or Authentication related issues
• Tracks support incidents
• Reviews Azure Operations Calendar Compliance
• Escalation point and on-call support for major incidents (P1)
• Reviews and ensures Technical documentation meets standards set by Active Directory Product Manager
