Apply Activation Officer-BRANCH BANKING-CMS Kotak Mahindra New Delhi, Delhi Apply 1+ hours agoFull–time This team will be supporting all the verticals under Consumer & Commercial Bank, which includes Branch Banking, Priority, Wealth & TACS – RI clients. Job Role: Understand customer requirements & train the customers on usage of Cash Management Platform • Interaction with existing CMS customers to understand the technical requirement for system integration for TBG products/services • Support Consumer & Commercial Bank customers for modification/service related queries. • Help channels in giving demonstration of our system to existing as well as prospective clients. • Monitor, push & ensure the productivity of other activation channels • Interact with Implementation team, setup team & operations to ensure customer is served as per agreed TAT • Understand specific MIS requirement of the customers and arrange to deliver reports accordingly. • Prepare the MIS & MIS analysis on assigned customer portfolio • Increase product penetration & work on customer feedbacks
