Job description
This team will be supporting all the verticals under Consumer Commercial Bank, which includes Branch Banking, Priority, Wealth TACS - RI clients.
• *Job Role**:
Understand customer requirements train the customers on usage of Cash Management Platform
- Interaction with existing CMS customers to understand the technical requirement for system integration for TBG products/services
- Support Consumer Commercial Bank customers for modification/service related queries.
- Help channels in giving demonstration of our system to existing as well as prospective clients.
- Monitor, push ensure the productivity of other activation channels
- Interact with Implementation team, setup team operations to ensure customer is served as per agreed TAT
- Understand specific MIS requirement of the customers and arrange to deliver reports accordingly.
- Prepare the MIS MIS analysis on assigned customer portfolio
- Increase product penetration work on customer feedbacks
