Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Execution & Scaling Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, You Tube) Own end-to-end campaign management: targeting, creatives, budgets, bidding, and scaling Continuously test new audiences, creatives, and funnels to improve performance
2. Funnel & Conversion Optimization Understand the complete funnel: ad → landing page → lead → conversion Identify drop-offs and improve conversion rates at each stage Work closely with sales and product teams to improve lead quality and outcomes
3. Tracking & Technical Setup Set up and manage tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, conversion APIs, etc.) Ensure accurate tracking of events, conversions, and attribution Troubleshoot tracking issues and maintain data reliability
4. Analytics & Data-driven Decisions Track key metrics: CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, LTV, etc. Analyse campaign performance and take data-backed decisions Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports
5. Creative & Messaging Inputs Work with content and design teams to brief high-performing creatives Provide insights on what messaging and formats are working Continuously iterate based on performance data
6. Experimentation & Growth Run structured A/B tests across campaigns, creatives, and landing pages Explore new channels, formats, and growth opportunities Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices
Skills: Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (GTM, pixels, events, etc.) Must have handled an annual budget of INR 1 Crore or more Proven track record of managing and scaling budgets with measurable ROI Good understanding of B2 C funnels and lead generation Ability to analyse data deeply and translate insights into action Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years in performance marketing At least 1+ years of experience in an Ed Tech company is mandatory
