Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
Driving Licence Required: Full UK/EU Driving Licence

We are a rapidly expanding asset management and corporate leasing business operating across London, East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Essex, Swindon and other locations throughout the UK.
Unlike many traditional letting agencies, over 90% of our portfolio consists of long-term corporate leases across residential assets, alongside private rentals and apartment blocks. We work with a diverse range of landlords, housing providers, charities, corporate accommodation operators and supported housing organisations, providing innovative asset management solutions that generate long-term value for our clients.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Lettings & Asset Manager to join our team and play a key role in the next stage of our development.
The Role
This is a varied and exciting position that goes far beyond traditional lettings.
You will be involved in:
Managing a diverse portfolio of residential assets.
Conducting property viewings and inspections.
Liaising with landlords, tenants, corporate occupiers and housing providers.
Managing compliance requirements across the portfolio.
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor relationships.
Progressing new tenancy and corporate lease opportunities.
Identifying and generating new business opportunities.
Building relationships with landlords and property owners.
Assisting with portfolio growth and asset acquisition opportunities.
Ensuring exceptional levels of customer service and communication.
This role offers exposure to large-scale residential portfolios, corporate leasing structures and asset management strategies rarely found within traditional estate agency environments.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
A minimum of 3 years' experience within residential lettings, property management or asset management.
A full UK or EU driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Excellent knowledge of residential property compliance and regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of EPCs, Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs, Fire Risk Assessments, HMO compliance and property management obligations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong IT skills with confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and cloud-based software.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
A professional and proactive approach to problem solving.
A proven ability to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
A strong work ethic and desire to progress within a growing business.
Working Hours
Our office operates Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 5:00pm.
We do not operate on weekends or Bank Holidays. However, occasional Saturday viewings or meetings may be required with reasonable advance notice.
