Deliver top-tier accredited training services at Flight Centre Travel Group as part of an integrated model, reporting to the Leader for Accredited Training. Your role will go beyond standard pathways, driving engagement and integration into FCTG's business practices. Ensure that all training, assessments, and administrative tasks are completed efficiently and adhere to Registered Training Organisation standards. Join us in pushing the boundaries of learning and development excellence! Please note: This is a 15-month parental leave contract.
Day to day you will...
Inspire and support participants in elevating their skills with our accredited training programs that boast high engagement and progression rates.
Be the voice of our participants by delivering valuable insights and feedback to management and stakeholders, fostering continuous improvement.
Elevate leaders and SMEs by providing them the tools and knowledge to effectively share their expertise, driving team growth and knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance products and processes with your industry knowledge, ensuring exceptional experiences for both internal and external customers.
You'll be perfect for the role if you have:
Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience
Passion for learning and developing others
Facilitation and training experience is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to confidently build multi-level relationships from novice to senior leaders
Strong track record in analysing problems, strategising and deploying improved/timely solutions
Technical fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Ability to travel depending on program needs
Be willing to work flexible hours from time-to-time in support of program delivery
