Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Office Work:
Maintain day-to-day financial records, invoices, and vouchers
Handle accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping
Assist in GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation tasks
Prepare Excel reports for financial tracking
Use MS Word for documentation, quotations, and letters
Site Coordination & Work:
Coordinate between office and site teams for ongoing projects
Track material movement, labor availability, and daily progress
Maintain daily site logs, photographs, and checklists
Follow up with vendors and contractors for timelines
Perform on-site supervision as needed
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data entry, reports)
Good command of MS Word for documentation
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Field coordination and site handling experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks
✅ Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Tally or similar accounting software (a plus)
Willingness to travel to site locations if needed
Prior experience in a construction, interior, or infrastructure company is advantageous

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
