We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated professional to join our FinanceAccounting team in an Accounts Receivable role.

Accounts Receivable Administrator
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing and processing invoices and customer payments
Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on accounts
Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
Communicating professionally with clients and internal teams
Assisting with reporting and month-end processes
Supporting the FinanceAccounting team with various administrative functions
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Confidence working independently and within a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Accounting knowledge or experience considered an asset
Previous Accounts Receivable experience preferred
