Steelite International is seeking a meticulous, dedicated, and experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Finance team at Steelite International USA. This role primarily focuses on processing receivables for our USA divisions, ensuring timely deposits, applying deposits in US Dynamics, sending out A/R summaries, and working with our customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a remote position.

What will I do as an Accounts Receivable Administrator?
Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, wire transfers, ACH, and credit card transactions.
Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service, and customers.
Work with customer service, regional representatives, and customers to resolve issues.
Determine and distribute the Hold List.
Create monthly reports.
Reconcile the A/R sub-module with the general ledger.
Resolve collections by examining outstanding customer payments.
Communicate with departments and vendors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What are the qualifications and skills?
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
3+ years of proven experience in an accounts receivable position.
Proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred) and MS Excel.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
