We're a boutique tax firm doing US tax planning and preparation for expats, entrepreneurs abroad, and investors into the US — plus structuring, incorporations, trusts, and IRAs. A flat team of travelers and expats, not a Big 4 hierarchy. Live wherever you want; we get together in person a few times a year.
What We're Looking For
- BA in accounting; CPA or EA preferred — required for senior roles
- Tax preparer track: 2+ years of hands-on expat tax prep
- Senior track: owning client engagements start to finish, mentoring
- Sharp attention to detail, strong communication, self-motivated
What the Role Looks Like
- Real advisory work — not just form-filling
- Year-round client relationships you help build
- A voice in shaping the team's culture as we grow
- A flat, fully distributed team — no Big 4 hierarchy
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in your workflow
- Previous experience in remote-working environments
Compensation & Growth
