The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team at our Yagoona based facility. This permanent part-time opportunity (24 hours per week) is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional looking for flexibility while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Reporting to the Supervisor – Transactional Processing & Business Improvement, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments while providing administrative support across the finance team.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets
Verify invoice approvals prior to processing
Reconcile supplier statements and accounts
Process EFT payment runs
Create and maintain supplier records
Reconcile purchase variance accounts
Reconcile outstanding purchase orders
Assist with general finance administration
Provide reception relief when required
About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally possess:

Minimum 2 years' Accounts Payable experience
Experience using ERP systems (Pronto highly regarded)
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Professional communication and customer service skills
A proactive and team-focused attitude
