Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
Reviewing and approving all invoices and check requests, including researching and resolving rejected invoices
Managing the approval process for check requests and payments
Print checks and prepare them for mailing
Responding to vendor requests for payment details
Reconcile bank accounts for month ends
Maintaining the Fixed Asset register
Providing Certificates of Insurance
Maintaining weekly and monthly schedules of payables
Start: Upon successful completion of the interview process
Duration: 2-3 months

Hire Counsel is seeking an experienced accounts payable analyst to work with our client, an esteemed law firm in Wilmington, DE.

Daily Tasks
• Reviewing and approving all invoices and check requests, including researching and resolving rejected invoices
• Managing the approval process for check requests and payments
• Print checks and prepare them for mailing
• Responding to vendor requests for payment details
• Reconcile bank accounts for month ends
• Maintaining the Fixed Asset register
• Providing Certificates of Insurance
• Maintaining weekly and monthly schedules of payables

Project Details

• Location: Onsite in law firm in Wilmington, DE
