About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Inventory Clerk to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or junior candidate seeking practical experience in accounting, inventory management, and operations in the manufacturing & construction industries.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts payable, reconciliations, and debtor follow-ups
Assist with month-end reporting
Record stock movements and conduct stocktakes
Process invoices, payments, and purchase orders
Maintain supplier and customer accounts
General admin and phone enquiries
About You
Degree in Accounting/Business (completed or near completion)
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Good Excel skills
Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory processes.
