Accounts & Finance Executive

You are invited to join our finance team as an Accounts & Finance Executive. Your main responsibilities will include managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.Your key responsibilities will include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance. You will also assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring compliance with financial policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing bank reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies promptly. You will support the preparation for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. It is essential to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as company policies. Collaboration with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making processes will also be a part of your role.To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in accounting software such as Busy and MS Excel is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential attributes for this role.Preferred skills include knowledge of tax regulations and compliance, accounting standards, and other related areas.This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for education qualifications. You should have at least 3 years of experience in accounting, and proficiency in the English language is preferred.
