Job Description
Designation - US Accounts Executive
• Work timing - 6 Pm - 3 Am (EST, CST & PST)
• Working Days - 5 Days

• Roles and Responsibilities
- End to End Bookkeeping & Year-End Finalization work.
- Payable, Receivables, Reconciliations & Payroll processing
- Opportunity to learn new Cloud Accounting Software and Addons.
- Monthly Management Reports Client Discussions and Meetings
- Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions & Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly bookkeeping activities for the assigned client.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes.
- Experience in QuickBooks & US Accounting or ADP Payroll is a must.
- Strong Accounting background, Experience working on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Transactional Accounting.
- Good Communicating and written skills.
- Good experience in performing Weekly/Monthly Account reconciliation and month-end activities.
- Exposure and basic understanding of US and IND GAAP accounting rules
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Qualifications
- Must completed B. Com in Finance & Accounting
- Minimum 3-4 Years of work experience and Finance and Accounts (Transactional Accounting)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Good knowledge in Microsoft excel reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
