Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, daily accounting operations, and compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and purchase orders
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports
Maintain salary records and coordinate payroll processing
Track company expenses and maintain proper documentation
Assist in audits and financial reviews
Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Understanding of GST filing, TDS, and taxation basics
Good analytical and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
Strong communication and time-management skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in agency or corporate accounting
Knowledge of payroll management
Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting
Ability to handle confidential financial information
