Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate data entry. The ideal candidate should have Knowledge about Tally, GST, TDS, and Income Tax Return (ITR) filing.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily accounting records in Tally.
• Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
• Prepare invoices and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliation and manage cash records.
• Handle GST-related work, including return preparation and filing.
• Manage TDS calculations and compliance.
• Prepare and assist with Income Tax Return (ITR) filing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Perform data entry with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with CA, vendors, and internal teams whenever required.
• Organize financial documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required Skills
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and ITR
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
Qualifications
• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
• 0-1 years of experience in accounting (Freshers with relevant practical knowledge may also apply)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
