We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Executive to join our team at Vrindamadhav Trade and E Services Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Proficiency in Tally Prime is essential for this role.
_Key Responsibilities:_
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, such as GST, income tax, and company law
- Manage and reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and customer receipts
- Prepare and submit tax returns, including GST and income tax
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, purchase, and operations
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information
_Requirements:_
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
