Purpose of the job
To work in the areas of Accounts, Audit, Financial Statements, Banking & Treasury.
Roles and Responsibility
Accounting and Reporting
• Preparation of Statutory FS, Notes and all other disclosures.
• Completion of Audit process, driving the entire audit coordination and
• Actively support in in other statutory Audits like GST, Cost, Tax and any other company level requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures and control environment.
• Guidance to the accounting team on IND AS requirements
• Review of Balance Sheet
• Banking and Treasury including investment of Surplus, Foreign exchange management
Direct tax and statutory compliances
• Help in preparation of Annual Tax Returns of multiple entities.
• Reconciliations of accounts to tax returns
• Support in preparation for Tax audits / Stat audits.
• Support in preparation for Tax Assessments, Transfer pricing reports and other Statutory Compliances

Division: Corporate Finance
Location: Pune
Key Working Relationships
Internal (Entire Finance team – AP, AR FAR, Inventory, FSS, O2c Team, Operations Team)
External (Auditors, Regulatory bodies, Service providers, Banks)
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Behaviors Required for the Job)
Qualifications/ Certifications – CA/ ICWA (Completed)
(Any additional qualifications would be an added advantage)
Knowledge, Technical Skills and Nature of Experience
• Accounting professional with 4+ years of experience
• Sound knowledge of Accounting Standard - IAS and IFRS preferred
• Sound knowledge of Indian compliances in the areas of financial reporting and taxes.
Behavioral Skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be multi-task oriented, hands-on and able to work with frequent interruptions
• Must have a proactive "can do" attitude
• Team player
