Full Job Description
Strong knowledge in Accounting & Export documentation.
Day to day managing petty cash handing, vouchers, managing expenses, admin activities.
Export documentation, follow up with CHA for shipment, eBRC, follow up with customs in case of any query.
Responsible for Supplier TDS
Co-ordinating with GST consultant for GSTR1, GSTR3B, RCM payments.
Follow up with Auditor for IT filing and any other documents required
Bank reconciliation
Expecting strong excel knowledge
Responsible for monthly stock taking at Godown and at supplier place as well
Attendance maintenance and Salary calculations.
The person should be loyal, confidentiality should be maintained
Direct reports to MD
Immediate joiners preferred
