Job Description
Position: Accounting & Quotation Executive
Experience: 1–3 years / 3+ years
Location: Kalyan , Shilphata Road
Salary: ₹15000 – ₹25000 per month (depending on experience)
About Us:
Signature Window System For a reputed company specializing in premium uPVC and system windows that offer thermal insulation, dust-proofing, and sound-proofing features. We cater to architects, builders, and interior designers across Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements and project details.
Coordinate with the sales team for rate finalization and follow-ups.
Maintain and update records of quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, etc.).
Manage GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
Support management with MIS reports and data analysis.
Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment follow-ups.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, quotation preparation, or office coordination.
Proficiency in Tally / Excel / MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and responsible approach to work.
